What are the Rates to Rent Whitehall Manor?

When may I visit the Manor?
Tours of the Manor are conducted by appointment on Saturdays. Call
703-948-2999 to book your tour and learn more about having your
event at Whitehall!
What is Included in the Rental Rate?
Included when you rent the manor are 200 Chivari Chairs, 20 -
5-1/2' Round Seating Tables, use of the lower level of the Manor and
the Grounds.
May I bring in my own Catering?
All foodservice is provided onsite by Whitehall Manor from the full service restaurant kitchen complete with multiple ovens, stove, refrigerators including walk-in refrigerator, ice machine, onsite dish washing machine, etc. To learn more about the onsite foodservice, click on "Catering" to the left.
How much will my Event Cost?
The cost = Manor Rental + Catering + VA Sales Tax (5%) = TOTAL -
(Celebrations never charges gratuities, no caking cutting fees, no
corkage fees, etc.) Whitehall/Celebrations does not provide Wedding
Cake but has approved cake bakers for you to contact directly.
May I have my Ceremony onsite?
Yes! There are lovely locations under the canopy of century old
trees surround by gardens with picturesque views of the mountains
and manor house as a timeless backdrop for your wedding photos.
May we bring our own Alcohol?
Yes! We provide the bartenders and there are NEVER any corkage fees.
What time may the Bridal Party and my Vendors show up?
The bridal party and your vendors are welcome to get to the manor
1-1/2 hours before your ceremony or guest arrival time.
Are you Conveniently Located?
We are located right off Route 7 in Bluemont, Virginia. Bluemont is
located 14 miles straight out Route 7 from Leesburg and 35 minutes
from Dulles Airport via the Greenway.
Is there lodging nearby?
There is a suite hotel in Leesburg that provides complimentary hotel
shuttle out and back to the estate as well as numerous area Bed &
Breakfasts. To learn more, click on "Hotels" on the left.
How much parking do you have?
We have 50 acres and ample place for your guests to park.
What are the restrictions on Candles & Red Wine?
Although Whitehall is rich in history, there are no restrictions
against Red Wine in the Manor and we certainly welcome candlelight.
